Everyone with pets is familiar with Petsmart. It is giant pet superstore with everything imaginable for your pets. Some even have veterinary offices and adoption facilities, but you may not be aware that many of the stores offer Pet Smart grooming services.

It is very convenient for the busy pet owner. They offer appointments seven days a week and also have evening hours. There are a variety of services offered and package deals. The grooming salon is staffed with professional stylists and the safety standards are paramount. They have their own grooming school, so that people can work while they learn.

They offer many service packages designed to keep your pet looking great. The basic ones include a bath, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and anal gland expression. there are add on options called spa a la carte, fancy, huh? Options are teeth brushing, spot on flea control, and touch ups between regular haircuts.

Full service grooming includes all of the things already mentioned, plus clipper or scissor work. The premium package includes all of the afore mentioned plus extra scissor or clipper work dematting and brushing. They even have a Furminator special that includes fifteen minutes of brushing with the furminator tool. Flea and tick baths are also offered as well as deodorizing baths. Let's not forget the complimentary bow for the ladies and bandanna for the macho dogs.

Healthy solutions offer herbal baths for the itchy dog, brightening baths for the dull coat, and a low shed bath fortified with fatty acids and a silicone rinse to help with the perpetually shedding pet. Did I mention the exfoliating scrub for flaky skin. Sounds like they've got it covered. We humans might be tempted by the spa services.

Before you make an appointment, check to see what vaccinations are required and be sure to provide proof of them. Once the grooming ordeal is over, your pet will expect a trip through the store for new toys and doggy treats.
